How we operate
NMIT is owned by the New Zealand Government, and governed by a Board.
We offer specialist qualifications in Aquaculture, Winemaking and Viticulture, Conservation, Maritime and Aviation Engineering, because the region is known for these industries, and the education/industry links are excellent.
NMIT also offers a broad spectrum of other career qualifications such as Nursing, Business, IT, Social Sciences, Arts and Design, Hospitality, and the Trades.
